The Opportunity

As the single point of contact for your clients, you will be responsible for all client facing activities, which includes QBR presentations, quotation management, bookings, resolution of service issues, providing and analysing reports and running business reviews and client meetings, all the while ensuring value add, identifying growth opportunities and retaining your valued client.

Responsibilities include

  • Oversee and ensure alignment with customer KPIs, proactively identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive profitability and strategic growth.
  • Lead the customer onboarding process by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all key aspects are covered in meetings.
  • Manage rate requests effectively and oversee the accuracy and consistency of daily client reports, ensuring they meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  • Present detailed KPI analysis and reporting packs to customers, conducting quarterly business reviews to maintain transparency and performance alignment.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide customers with system training and updates, ensuring they stay informed on any changes or enhancements.
  • Coordinate with origin offices to maintain adherence to operational procedures and standards.
  • Address and resolve invoice disputes and queries within agreed timelines, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience in Freight Forwarding Key Account Management position
  • Sound understanding of market trends and ability to provide practical solutions for your customers
  • Exceptional communication skills with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Positive career minded individual who works well in a team environment
  • Full Australian Working Rights
