In this role, youll lead a dedicated team, providing support and direction to ensure top-notch service while fostering a collaborative environment. Your ability to make critical business decisions, resolve challenges efficiently, and build strong internal relationships will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints, delivering real-time solutions with poise and precision.
• Troubleshoot and offer insights for SOP improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cultivate strong relationships across internal operational departments.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
• Oversee final mile invoicing to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a client relationship role within the Freight Forwarding industry.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Solid operational knowledge in freight forwarding.
