The Opportunity

The role available is located within their Customs Department where you will be responsible for compiling large volumes of data as well as classifying goods that enter the country. In order to succeed you will need to be across:

• Making prompt decisions that dont affect timelines
• Provide operational support in the handling of customs activities according to legal requirements
• Adhere to compiling volume requirements
• Liaise with clients to manage their expectation and ensure contract weight and subject agreements are accurate
• Classify according to the Australian regulations

About you

Due to the very specific requirements of this role, we can only consider people with the following attributes:

Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities

• Ideally have a minimum 1-2 years experience in a classifying / compiling role withina Customs Team
• Good knowledge of customs requirements
• A driven and motivated attitude
